We provide affordable static HTML website design and development, along with optional Linux-based web hosting and business email services, as described in our Starter, Business and Professional plans.
2. Pricing
Plan prices listed on this website are for website design and development only. Domain registration is not included in the above prices unless specifically mentioned in a quote or invoice. Prices may be revised for custom requirements discussed directly with you before work begins.
3. Free Hosting & Business Email Period
Hosting and business email are provided FREE for the first 6 months from the date your website goes live. Standard renewal charges apply after this free period. Renewal pricing will be communicated in advance of the free period ending, and continued service is subject to timely renewal payment.
4. Free Subdomain
A free subdomain (for example, yourbusiness.websahayi.in) is provided with every plan. A custom domain name (such as yourbusiness.in) can be registered and connected separately, at an additional cost, whenever you are ready.
5. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery is approximately 3–7 working days depending on the selected package and how promptly the customer provides content, images and approvals. Delays in providing content may extend the delivery timeline.
6. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, text and images for your website, and for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide. We are not responsible for the accuracy of customer-supplied content.
7. Revisions & Approval
Each plan includes a review-and-approval stage. Reasonable revisions requested during this stage will be carried out before the site goes live. Requests for significant new features or additional pages after project completion may be treated as additional paid work.
8. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. Work may begin once an agreed advance or full payment is received, as communicated during your enquiry.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Because website development work begins promptly after payment, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. Please contact us directly to discuss any cancellation request.
10. Hosting Usage
Hosting and business email services must be used for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to suspend services that violate applicable law or standard acceptable-use practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide reliable hosting and support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website downtime, third-party service outages, or content submitted by the customer.
